Swimming is one of those sports that involve many muscles be being used at one time. When you swim, water will serve as resistance and this will help build strength, definition and endurance. You don’t have to swim every single day to get a ripped body, as doing it 3-4 times per week for about 30-40 minutes should be good enough.

4. Running

Another sport that helps people burn an incredible amount of fat quickly is running. We’re not talking about half-hour jogging sessions. We’re talking about running at full speed for about 10-15 minutes or for as long as you’re able to do it. Sprinting falls in the running category, and if you’ve ever looked at competitive sprinters, then you know they are ripped and have an insane amount of endurance. Give sprinting or running a try for a few weeks and see what kind of results you can achieve.

5. Basketball

You use a lot of muscle and endurance when you play a game of basketball. Play a few games of basketball weekly and soon you will be sporting a toner body.

If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, then set aside 15-20 minutes per day or three days a week, and do some of the above sports. If you’re serious about getting ripped, then you’ll make time to play those sports.
